It has 1700 metres of land with no neighbours for 500 metres, offering a beautiful view of the countryside, a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.The house is 300 square metres, with all the terraces covered with rose wood. The floors with ceramic antiique style tiles and decorated in the style typical of Ibiza.All furniture inside and out made of teak.

It is situated at the side of the mountain at the valley of d´Atzaro San Carlos.
