This magnificent detached Ibizan style villa stands majestically in over 25000 m2 of land.

The villa is one of the oldest in San Carlos. It dates back to the 16th century. It was originally used for agriculture and breeding livestock. The owners reformed the house in the year 2001 in order for it to be used as a vacational tourist property. However, its old charm and tradition of the yesteryears has still remained and been combined with the luxury of today.

Location Description
It is situated 2km from the lovely quiet village of San Carlos. Its 7km from the quaint town of Santa Eulalia, 20km from the main city of Ibiza and 26km from the airport.
The nearby beaches are Es Cana 6km away, Es Figueral, and the famous nudist beach of Aguas Blancas 5km away.
